Brazilian Coffee
The degree of roasting affects the coffee's flavor and aroma. A light roast produces a mild acidity in the mouth, as the coffee beans are blended with a ratio of 75% light and 25% dark. A dark roast produces a mild bitterness in the mouth, as the coffee beans are blended with a ratio of 75% dark and 25% light. A medium roast produces a delicious mouthfeel, as the coffee beans are blended with a ratio of 50% light and 50% dark. The coffee is blended with premium Guatemalan cardamom seeds to achieve a distinctive cardamom flavor. Extra Cardamom Coffee contains 100 grams of premium cardamom seeds. Medium Cardamom Coffee contains 50 grams of premium cardamom seeds. Plain Coffee does not contain cardamom seeds at all. You can increase the percentage of cardamom or mastic to your blend by adding it to the basket separately and writing in the notes section.
