Filter Coffee

The degree of roasting affects the coffee's flavor and aroma. A light roast produces a mild acidity in the mouthfeel, as the coffee beans are blended with a ratio of 50% light and 50% dark. A dark roast produces a mild bitterness in the mouthfeel, as the beans are blended with a ratio of 100% dark. A medium roast produces a delicious mouthfeel, as the coffee beans are blended with a ratio of 20% light and 80% dark.
